New Remodel project started in Franklin

Kingdom Builders has started another remodel project in Franklin.

We have recently begun construction on this 30 year old home and are scheduled for completion in January 2011. Aspects of this project will include ‘gutting’ the existing home, taking out interior walls, adding bathrooms, closets, bedrooms, laundry rooms, a covered back porch with outdoor kitchen and fireplace.

In addition to this work, we will also be adding a 2,800 addition on to the home. The addition will consist of a new entry/foyer area, a study, second laundry room, a powder room, a bedroom and bathroom, an efficiency kitchen, a bonus room, a mud room, and a 2 car garage.
