Construction Begins on Avalon Home!

I hope that this blog update finds you well and coming off of a wonderful Christmas holiday. What an awesome time of the year!

As we begin 2009, I am pleased to announce that we have started construction on our home located on lot 176 in ‘Avalon’. Many thanks are in order for getting this project off of the ground including Guy Land (Guy M. Land Design), Deborah Griffin (Griffin Design Group), Jesse Walker (Jesse Walker Engineering), Pinnacle Financial Partners, and Chris Fuller (Bob Parks Realty). As weather permits, we will be doing dirt and foundation work in January and should begin framing the home the first part of February. Completion is scheduled for October of this year.

The home is located in the “Tors of Avalon’ (drive into Avalon from the Cool Springs Blvd. entrance and just keep driving up!) on Pendragon Court. If you are in the area, drop by and say hello.
