Home Designer and Interior Designer Chosen for New Avalon Home

I am proud to announce that local home designer Guy M. Land has been selected to draw plans for our new home on lot 176 at Avalon. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Guy has established himself as a leader in the design and development of cutting edge and progressive architecture. Influenced by the classical homes of 19th and early 20th century America as well as the traditional European masterpieces, Guy draws upon these styles in concert with today’s lifestyle needs to create homes of timelessness and unmatched integrity. Setting the standards for tomorrow’s home styles, Guy continues to push the standards higher in custom home design.

I am also proud to announce the selection of Deborah Griffin as the interior designer. Deborah received her interior design degree from Florida State University and her Masters in interior design from University of Tennessee. She is a professional member of ASID (American Society of Interior Design) and has been active in this organization for many years. She served as president of the Florida North Chapter, sat on numerous National Committees and Councils, and was on the National Board for two years. Deborah is a member of the Home Builders Association, the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce, and the Nashville Junior League Sustainers Group. Deborah is an adjunct professor at the O’More School of Design and was recently recieved the Education Award from the Tennessee Chapter of ASID.
